Meet our nutritionist

Meet Jo! 👋 (aka @jolenzdietetics)

Jo joined Little Freddie in January 2025 and brings 18 years of experience as a registered paediatric dietitian. Jo shares our understanding that weaning can feel overwhelming, with endless advice and tricky decisions at every turn. That’s why she’s involved from the very start of our product development—so you can feel confident that you’re choosing the right food at the right time for your little one.

Jo plays an important role in crafting our recipes, making sure the texture and portion sizes are right for each stage of weaning, and supports our recipe development process to ensure we deliver products that aren’t just delicious, they also comply with EU baby food regulations.

‘As a mother of three children (aged 5, 8, and 11), I understand firsthand the challenges of providing a balanced diet while managing the demands of family life. My passion lies in supporting children and their families to navigate these challenges and make informed, healthy choices.’
