Our paediatric dietitians' guide

"Serve in a bowl with a spoon. Preload spoons for your little one and let them have a go, embrace the mess!

Serving suggestion:

1. Use to make homemade overnight oats. (mix 100ml of kefir or plain yoghurt, 40g of raw porridge oats, 50ml of milk of choice, 20g of frozen or fresh/mashed raspberries and leave in fridge covered overnight.)

2. As a lunch option serve some thin slices of mozzarella with basil oil, quartered cherry tomatoes and toast fingers and serve the yoghurt alongside."

The NHS advises starting weaning at 6 months, or when your little one shows signs of readiness.

Always contact a medical or healthcare professional if you have any questions or concerns.

What parents are saying about this product

Delicious smelling & tasty

This was enjoyed so much, he could not eat it fast enough, and the texture was perfect. I like the fact he can try different flavors mixed together.

Very popular pud

I wasn't sure how the coconut element would go down, but the whole lot was gobbled up immediately! Very nice texture and easy to use. These are great for treats too when out and about.
