Blueberry & Banana Yoghurt Cups

Ingredients:

X2 Little Freddie Greek Style Yoghurt Pouches

A small mixture of chopped fruit, we used raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and bananas!

Method:

  1. Lay out 9 silicone muffin cases (or normal muffin cases will do!) on a baking tray that will fit in your freezer
  2. Squeeze two Little Freddie Greek Style Yoghurt pouches into the 9 muffin cases, smoothing out the tops with a spoon
  3. Add some chopped fruit into each muffin case and pop in the freezer for a couple of hours or overnight
  4. Once frozen, pop out your cups and consume straight away or pop them in a freezer bag and back in the freezer for another day
  5. 💡 Why not add one of the frozen cups to your child’s lunchbox so that when it’s time to eat, they will have a refreshingly cold yoghurt!
