Ingredients:
1 Sheet of Ready Rolled Shortcrust Pastry
1 Little Freddie Prune and Apple Pouch (or any flavour Little Freddie puree pouch!)
1 egg for egg wash
You will also need 16 lollipop sticks!

Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper
- Allow your ready rolled pastry sheet to warm up slightly out of the fridge before unrolling
- Once unrolled, using a small star cookie cutter, cut out as many star shapes as you can (roughly 32 in total)
- Place 4 stars on your baking sheet and then using your Little Freddie Fruit Pouch, squeeze a small amount of your pureè in the centre of the star
- Place one lollipop stick in the centre of each star and place another star pastry shape on top
- Using a small fork, seal the edges of each star before brushing each pop with your egg wash!
- Place in the pre-heated oven for 12-14 minutes until golden brown and the pastry is cooked
- Allow to cool before giving to your little one, enjoy!
