Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, add your flour, sweet potato pouch, dried oregano and seasonings and mix together with your hands
- Once a dough is formed, knead on a floured surface for a few minutes
- Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to desired thickness
- Next take a small bowl/mug and cut 4 circles out of your dough (or you can just slice into 4 squares!)
- Place your pizzas onto a lined baking tray and cook in your pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes (we just want the dough to be a little cooked before putting our toppings on!)
- Whilst your pizzas are cooking, start making your toppings! Using a Halloween cookie cutter, cut out 2 spooky shapes from your mozzarella slices
- With the remaining slices, cut out 6 circles (2 big, 2 medium and 2 small) followed by cutting some strips out to make the web (see video) 💡 Make sure these are really thin as the cheese will melt when cooking!
- To make the spiders, cut 2 olives in half to make 2 heads and 2 abdomens. Using the remaining olives, slice thinly and then half again to make little legs!
- Take your pizzas out of the oven and spread over your passata using a spoon
- Now the fun part! Arrange your spider webs on two of the pizzas topped with your spiders. Add your Halloween shaped cheese to the other two pizzas
- Place pizzas back in the oven for another 8-10 minutes. 💡Be careful not to brown your cheese too much as you don’t want to lose your design!
- Remove from the oven and enjoy!!
